Bangalow Sweet Pork
I went on Saturday to buy a bone-in leg, they
didn't have any but was convinced that the piece I
bought, I think it was a rump, would be beautiful. Well,
that was an understatement, it was without doubt the
best piece of pork I have ever eaten! It was excellent!
I cooked it in the Weber and all I did was rub a little olive
oil and salt and pepper into it. It melted in our mouths ;-)
